A “not-so-shy” Peregrine falcon

Otherwise, here is the play-by-play:
The Peregrine was hunting at our winter pond on Christmas Eve, about 22nd St SW and Spruce (Franklin).
I was just going to take a picture from far away . . . but the falcon let me walk up to within a few feet to film.
0 – 34 seconds: The falcon is sitting still about 10′ from ground in the second-from-the-right tree trunk on short limb. Zoomed in for uber-close-up at 30 seconds.
35-60 seconds: I’m trying not to either sink into pond or trip on branches getting closer . . . and the falcon is flying from branch to branch to find the best vantage point from which to watch the human with the phone-camera.
60 seconds to 1:20: uber-close-up of the “look-off.” Checking each other WAY out.
